I’ve been working in video production, writing, and communications for over 17 years, both in the government and as an award-winning independent filmmaker, screenwriter, and actor. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-40s and Autism a few years later, and found community through co-founding and co-leading a neurodiversity employee resource group at my government agency until all such groups were dismantled in early 2025. I live in Olney, MD, with my husband and three Boston Terriers. My hobbies include reading, knitting, embroidering, and critiquing bad movies. I am also a rabid fan of the Oxford comma.

And yes, I am actually an aunt to two fabulous little girls!
